In 2023, we introduced a significant change by expanding from 50 to 100 pizzerias. For 2024, we have categorized our offerings by pizza type: Neapolitan, Roman, Al Taglio, and Detroit. By country, Italy continues to stand out above all other nations (as expected, being the gastronomic home of pizza), followed by France, Spain, Argentina, the USA, and Germany. It is no coincidence that these countries are linked to Italy, due to their proximity to Italian gastronomic culture (for example, Spain and France) as well as the expansion and roots of Italian culture in countries such as the United States and Argentina. We also see that other LATAM countries are increasingly offering a diverse range of options, along with expansion into Eastern countries. By pizza style, Neapolitan takes the lead (89%), followed by Roman, Detroit, and Al Taglio.
